Teri brings 15+ years of experience in large corporations (ADP), government organization (LLNL), as well as two successful Silicon Valley startups. After raising her two girls, Teri decided to rejoin corporate America and quickly discovered there was no single resource available to support her in her search. Eric Vonheim is a passionate entrepreneur, who enjoys all aspects of start-up companies, from the initial dream, to launching a product and/or service. For Eric, the excitement of being an entrepreneur is the journey. His passion for business, design, and social media marketing help guide the What’s For Work? brand and overall sales and marketing strategy.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and has over 16-years of experience in technology. He has successfully launched three businesses; in addition to a long career with IBM in Management, and serving as an Adjunct Faculty Business Professor at Santa Ana College, in Orange County, California.

Eric is native to California, and enjoys International travel, running, Crossfit, and great coffee and conversation.

James brings more than 22 years of experience running enterprise development projects, hands-on product design and development, and corporate leadership. He has led and completed major projects for some of the largest companies in America including Frito-Lay, American Express, Pacific Bell, BlueCross BlueShield, American Family, The Hartford, Kaiser, Johnson and Johnson, and more. He also built and managed a satellite development office for IBM - FileNet in his role as Vice President of Application Development, as well as cofounding and managing two successful startups.
